Seeking Branch Manager * Responsible for reporting and following up on branch maintenance regarding cleanliness, organization, corrective and preventive maintenance, safety, assigned areas, work tools, safety equipment. * Personnel management, entry and exit schedules, induction of new staff, continuous training, results-oriented guidance, incident reporting to HR. * Sales, customer acquisition, performance tracking, budget monitoring, invoicing, collections, daily sales reports. Customer service with established service protocol. * Use of computer equipment, advanced ERP knowledge, Microsip (desirable). * Warehouse safety, organization, and cleanliness; conducting inventories; supervising goods receipt and material dispatch; safeguarding materials. * Vehicle management: assigning units, supervising and reporting cleanliness, mechanical conditions, and vehicle documentation. Reporting and following up on preventive and corrective maintenance. Checking loading safety tools of vehicles. * In charge of generating delivery routes, tracking vehicles, organizing deliveries for external routes, disbursing travel allowances, fuel loading. * Document control: responsible for organizing and sending the document pouch containing all documents generated at the branch, such as invoices, purchase orders, transfers, human resources records, cash register cuts, reports, etc. Opening and closing the branch, responsible for all branch areas.
