




Manage center resources to ensure proper operation in accordance with established policies and procedures, achieving organizational goals through staff development, driving sales growth, maintaining orderly product displays, and ensuring accurate inventory management—thereby meeting the needs of both internal and external customers. Manage human resources within the store to ensure all shared responsibility areas are adequately covered, guaranteeing high-quality customer service and delivering a memorable customer experience. Ensure execution of store operational processes based on official manuals and ARC operational model decisions, so that the store operates under optimal conditions—clean, safe, and compliant with health and sanitation requirements mandated by authorities. Properly manage center expenses and supplies necessary for the store’s operational functionality. Ensure proper functioning of store systems and building maintenance. Maintain communication with other company departments as the center’s representative, responding to requests and support needs from both parties. Develop and implement the Annual Employee Development Plan, providing appropriate follow-up to support employees’ professional growth within the company.
