




We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at an Italian cuisine specialty restaurant. This position is responsible for supporting kitchen operations as well as performing administrative and supervisory duties. Key Responsibilities: * Actively participate in food preparation and supervision, ensuring adherence to quality standards. * Verify proper handling of supplies, inventory control, and compliance with hygiene regulations. * Coordinate and supervise staff during shifts, ensuring a productive work environment. * Ensure the branch’s daily operations run smoothly and that customer service quality is maintained. * Resolve operational issues and support decision-making. * Contribute to sales tracking, cost management, achievement of operational targets, and internal policy compliance. * Prepare reports and propose process improvements. Requirements: * Prior experience in restaurants, preferably in Italian or similar cuisine. * Knowledge of cooking and enthusiasm for participating in operations. * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. * Proactive, organized, and service-oriented attitude. * Hold Distintivo H certification.
