Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure coverage of vacancies, promotions, and transfers by providing opportunities and prioritizing employees in replacement grids. * Request training reports for JD and JA positions. * Inform employees of the training program guidelines for replacement grids (duration, incentive amount, reporting frequency for activity reports). * Promote and support, within your region and zones, the achievement of replacement grid coverage targets and fulfill any outstanding objectives. * Conduct in-person or remote offers, as appropriate, according to each employee’s training plan and/or training campaign. * **Monitor progress promptly and effectively to ensure all employees complete their assigned training plan in Chedraui University.
