Join our team of service providers and be part of innovation at every step. **Job Purpose** Coordinate, supervise, and optimize the operations of pilots responsible for operating and monitoring delivery robots. Ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards during operations, guaranteeing accurate order delivery and uninterrupted service. **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Operational Supervision** * Monitor daily performance of delivery robot pilots. * Ensure adherence to remote driving protocols, safety requirements, and delivery timeframes. **2. Team Management** * Assign shifts and operational routes to pilots. * Provide ongoing training and feedback to enhance technical and service skills. **3. Incident Management** * Resolve or escalate technical and operational issues occurring during deliveries. **4. Optimization and Reporting** * Analyze performance metrics (delivery times, incidents, energy efficiency). * Propose improvements to operations and remote driving processes. **5. Regulatory and Safety Compliance** * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable road safety regulations. * Guarantee cargo integrity, robot integrity, and customer safety. **6. Attendance and Punctuality Control** * Focus on adherence to scheduled start and end times. * Ensure pilots meet productivity targets. * Manage absences and implement actions to minimize operational impact. **Position Profile** **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Systems, Robotics, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in logistics operations, team supervision, or management of automated systems. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency with remote control platforms and monitoring software. * Basic knowledge of robotics, telecommunications, and cybersecurity. * KPI management and data analysis tools. * Desired: C1 (Advanced) – Effective use of language in social, academic, and professional contexts. **Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Decision-making under pressure. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Technical and operational problem-solving. * Results orientation and customer service focus.
