About you Act as a strategic finance business partner to the Operations team, supporting individual budget owners in the development, analysis, and management of their financial plans to ensure forecast accuracy and achievement of business objectives. * Collaborate in the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan, providing insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation. * Lead and coordinate monthly forecasting processes, working closely with budget owners to build detailed, bottom-up forecasts. * Proactively identify risks and opportunities, recommending actions to mitigate P&L impacts and drive performance improvements. * Ensure timely and accurate analysis of monthly financial results versus forecasts and plans; take ownership of delivering monthly rolling forecasts and outlooks by closely monitoring budget performance with an emphasis on forecast precision. • Develop robust financial models and conduct scenario planning to support strategic initiatives, key decision-making, channel expansion, and regional priorities. • Present complex financial data in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to leadership and non-financial stakeholders. * Reconcile actual results against prior forecasts, budgets, and prior-year performance; provide thorough variance analysis to explain financial outcomes. * Oversee lease budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. **About You** * Professional degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Engineering/Business Administration. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Finance/FP&A.
