Implementation and customer service support At Nuxiba LATAM, we are looking for a ***Junior Implementations*** role — join us! **Requirements:** * Graduates in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields. * Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper\-v) * Basic networking knowledge * **Availability to conduct on\-site client visits (Mandatory)** * Basic knowledge of SQL database management fundamentals * Basic networking knowledge * **Fundamentals of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows and Linux) — ability to install, configure, and resolve common issues (Mandatory)** * Logical and analytical thinking for technical problem solving. **Responsibilities:** * Contact customers by phone to coordinate and manage delivery of requested services. * Ensure implementation quality through execution of test matrices and pre\-installation checks. * Accompany customers on\-site or remotely during operational startup if required by the business. * Comply with departmental SLAs regarding: licensing, ANI configuration, increments, decrements, and service requests. * Provide support services arising from changes implemented by the Implementations team. * Prepare physical and virtual servers if required by the business. **Benefits:** * Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hrs, and **rotating overnight on\-call duty with the Implementations team for after\-hours activities.
