




Responsibilities * Supervise departments, worktables, dairy and frozen food fixtures * Submit purchase order recommendations to the replenishment supervisor * Submit daily shrinkage reports via the MMS system for release the following day * Update product prices by conducting morning market checks, as well as printing overnight price change labels for placement the next day, with support from promoters and team members * Coordinate and manage 20–25 supplier promoters (including assignment of workloads, scheduling, and execution of promotional events for their products) and department team members * Review product assortment in deli and dairy display cases, adhering to the layout plan (mapping, product placement, merchandise blocking) * Control product shrinkage by inspecting ham end trimmings * Supervise and prepare reports on products nearing expiration (with support from promoters and team members) * Verify that all products have correct pricing tags on shelf edges during store opening or each morning * Check blocking alignment in cold rooms, island displays, and fixtures (layout compliance) * Ensure scales, slicers, utensils, and the work area are cleaned according to SALYS standards * Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management * Monitor products through physical inventories and random price audits * Monitor temperatures of refrigerated display cases and cold rooms * Provide customer service Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,900.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
