




**Profile:** * Gender: Unspecified. * Minimum education: High school diploma; preferably in economics or administration. * Experience in general sales or street-level sales (cambaceo). * Experience managing staff or supervising sales teams. * Preference for candidates who can drive a car or motorcycle. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement sales strategies for vehicles, accessories, and equipment; coordinate promotions; follow up with customers; supervise CRM usage. * Supervise staff, calculate commissions, coordinate incident resolution and vacation scheduling, ensure training delivery, and enforce safety regulations. * Control vehicle and accessory reception, display, quality, and price updates on the sales floor. * Verify invoicing, manage warranties, handle customer and regulatory authority requests, and maintain relationships with business partners. * Analyze performance indicators, propose improvement actions, and participate in training programs. * Human capital management, personnel incident handling, and vacation control. **Offer:** * Base salary. * Commissions. * Statutory benefits. * Guaranteed salary. * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8-hour shifts with 2 hours of break time.
