Paseo Valle Real 4000, 45019 Zapopan, Jalisco.*** **Responsibilities:** * Opening and closing the branch. * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the branch. * Reporting staff incidents. * Conducting team briefings at the start of each shift. * Supervising restaurant cleaning and setup. * Ensuring proper operation of equipment (refrigerators, coffee machines, etc.). * Supervising product quality and rotation. * Providing ongoing staff training. * Supervising merchandise storage and compliance with tax invoice requirements. * Submitting monthly performance reports and KPIs to management. **Operations:** * Ensuring customer satisfaction. * Supervising staff’s daily tasks. * Guaranteeing food and beverage preparation quality. * Conducting cash counts and cash register closures.
