




**We are seeking: Purchasing Assistant** This role involves working under the direct supervision of the General Management to procure products and services necessary for our business operations; likewise, it is responsible for communicating with suppliers, obtaining quotations, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of required products. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Languages: Spanish–English Experience: 2–3 years in a similar position, preferably in the chemical industry **Required Skills and Knowledge:** – Procurement experience (domestic and import) – Experience managing import suppliers (desirable) – Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite – Knowledge of SAE (desirable) – Experience in inventory control and purchasing planning for imports and domestic purchases – Analytical ability – Strong spelling and grammar skills – Teamwork – Responsibility and organization – Results-oriented and integrity **Responsibilities:** – Identify and evaluate potential suppliers – Develop effective and cost-efficient procurement strategies – Conduct market research – Prepare and process purchase orders – Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers – Coordinate delivery of products and services – Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions – Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and invoicing – Continuously evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and reliability – Comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations **Required Knowledge:** – Procurement planning – Supplier identification – Contract negotiation – Inventory control – Supplier relationship management – Regulatory compliance – Data analysis – Team development – Continuous improvement Position type: Full-time Position type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00–$15,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (desirable) Experience: * Procurement: 1 year (desirable) Work location: On-site employment
