




**Position Objective:** Lead key Human Resources area processes, ensuring efficient and humane talent management. Will be responsible for coordinating personnel recruitment, payroll administration, contract management, and the implementation of well-being and organizational development programs that strengthen internal culture. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate **recruitment and selection** processes for operational and administrative profiles. * Supervise and keep employee **personnel files** up to date. * Manage **attendance, vacations, sick leaves, and permissions**. * Prepare **payroll incidents and reports** in coordination with the accounting department. * Ensure compliance with **labor legislation** and internal policies. * Draft **employment contracts** and manage onboarding and offboarding documentation. * Coordinate **training and development programs** for employees. * Implement and monitor **organizational well-being and workplace climate programs**. * Provide **advisory and support to staff** on labor-related matters. * Prepare **HR performance indicators reports** (turnover, absenteeism, training, etc.). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Organizational or Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or Human Capital. * **Age:** 30 to 45 years old. **Technical Knowledge:** * **Payroll and hiring processes.** * **Federal Labor Law** and Mexican labor regulations. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).** * Experience with **personnel files, contracts, and labor relations.** **Soft Skills:** * Leadership and decision-making. * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Ability to build trust and communicate effectively. * Empathy and focus on employee well-being. * Conflict resolution and teamwork skills. **What We Offer:** * Job stability and professional growth. * Collaborative work environment with human values. * Opportunity to lead initiatives improving workplace climate and talent development.
