




**We are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator!** **Location:** CDMX **Work Mode:** On-site \| Half-day Friday **Experience:** 8 \- 10 years Responsibilities: * Prepare weekly, biweekly, or monthly payment proposals, considering internal policies and cash flow. * Manage bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, and advance payment controls. * Compile payment proposals and upload disbursements to online banking. * Review purchase orders, contracts, quotations, and deliverables. * Control advances, expenses, expense reports, and credit notes. * Supervise and organize the workflow within the department (while remaining operationally involved). * Analyze information to optimize cash flow and prioritize payments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * 8 \- 10 years of experience in the area * Advanced Excel skills, Google Sheets preferred **Apply now and help us maintain our processes running as smoothly as possible!** Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Application questions: * What is your level in Google Sheets? * Which neighborhood / district do you live in?
