We are looking for passionate individuals with the following profile: Regional Controller (Administrative-Accounting Analyst) **Job Objective:** **Ensure** the complete **management of supplier payments** across all construction projects under your responsibility, as well as subcontractors’ compliance with obligations to the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and other governmental agencies. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Manage payments to suppliers and internal clients, ensuring adherence to company-established procedures and accounting principles. * Budget control for the CDMX Office and Design departments. * Review compliance with obligations toward various governmental agencies, both by the company and by subcontractors. * Supervise and conduct audits of internal processes, both at the office and on construction sites. * Track administrative and legal procedures corresponding to the CDMX region. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in similar positions. **Competencies and Skills:** * Problem analysis. * Organization. * Administrative control. * Integrity. * Results orientation. * Sensitivity to guidelines. * Service orientation. **Knowledge:** * ERP system proficiency, preferably SAP. * Microsoft Office suite (Advanced Excel). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Major Medical Expenses Insurance and Life Insurance starting from the first year of employment. * Savings fund.
