*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening at Alcamare in Nativitas - Tultitlán, State of Mexico** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the timely and accurate execution of payments to suppliers, especially for recyclable raw materials (cardboard, PET, scrap metal, etc.). * Validate invoices and supporting documentation for payment release. * Coordinate account reconciliation with suppliers and resolve discrepancies. * Supervise weekly and monthly payment scheduling, considering cash flow. * Support internal and external audits related to disbursements. * Enforce policies regarding advances, cash payments, and electronic transfers. * Coordinate with the procurement department to verify receipt of goods/services prior to payment. * Generate payment reports, accounts payable analysis, and aging reports. **COMPETENCIES:** * Organization and planning * Leadership and problem-solving * Effective communication **WE OFFER:** Salary: $15,000.00 MXN gross per month.
