**SATORITECH is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Coyoacán, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst **OBJECTIVE:** Manage personnel assigned to IT department projects, ensuring adequate staffing coverage for the management of projects involving IT department personnel. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **DEGREE HOLDER** in Psychology or related field * Human Resources Analyst with 4 years of experience **TOOLS:** * Microsoft Office Suite Experience in IT or Telecommunications companies is a plus. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure compliance with internal processes. * Supervise suppliers to ensure they meet requirement specifications and adhere to company-approved policies and processes. * Monitor and communicate progress of assigned activities until completion. * Develop reports and information analyses aligned with operational requirements. * Guarantee appropriate operational administration. **BENEFITS:** Base Net Salary.
