DE C.V. is seeking an Accounts Payable Technician in Benito Juárez, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **G. Andrade, with clients including Ford, Chevrolet, Nissan, and others, is looking for:** "Accounts Payable Technician/Analyst" * **Work location:** 5 minutes from the Etiopía Metro or Metrobus station. **What do you need?** * **Experience:** 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable. * **Education:** Completed technical degree or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field. **Knowledge and skills:** * General accounting. * Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel). * Database management. * ERP systems (BPRO, Oracle, or similar). * Analytical ability. **Job responsibilities:** * Preparation of bank reconciliations. * Electronic invoicing (use of CFDI, payment method and form, SAT key). * Payment scheduling. * Payments to suppliers and service providers. * Recording and application of advances. * Preparation of payable portfolios for suppliers. * Provision recording. * Handling various administrative tasks. **We offer:** * Starting salary of **$17,000 gross monthly**, increasing to **$18,000 gross monthly** after the 3-month probation period. * Statutory benefits (12 vacation days per year, 15-day year-end bonus, 25% vacation premium, 5% savings fund, and 100% IMSS contribution). * Direct hiring under a fully nominal employment scheme. * **Working hours (in-person):** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs.; Saturday, 09:00–14:00 hrs. * Company-provided equipment (laptop), positive work environment, and growth opportunities. **Apply through this platform and we will contact you to schedule an interview.
