**Grupo MAYA is seeking a PURCHASING ANALYST:** **Position Objective** Ensure the timely and efficient supply of materials, products, and services required by the organization, securing optimal conditions in terms of quality, cost, and delivery time, in accordance with established policies and procedures. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Request and compare price quotations from various suppliers. * Analyze received proposals and negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery times, payment methods, warranties, etc.). * Issue purchase orders and track them through to product or service delivery. * Maintain updated supplier and pricing databases. * Support the evaluation and development of new suppliers. * Control and verify documentation related to the purchasing process. * Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, and requesting departments to ensure fulfillment of requirements. * Monitor inventory levels and participate in periodic purchasing planning. * Generate reports on consumption, costs, and supplier performance. * Comply with internal policies and internal audit and control guidelines. **Position Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. **Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years in procurement or supply chain roles. * Experience in supplier negotiation, inventory control, and cost analysis. **Knowledge:** * National procurement processes. * ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar). * Advanced Excel and data analysis tools. * Internal control standards and policies. **Skills:** * Effective negotiation. * Analysis and planning. * Assertive communication. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Organization and follow-up. **Key Competencies:** * Professional integrity and ethics. * Focus on internal customers. * Analytical thinking. * Proactivity.
