




We are expanding and seeking individuals who wish to add value to our team—join us as a **CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT** **Position Summary** Comprehensively coordinate and supervise the execution of construction projects for electric vehicle charging stations, including electrical substations (500 to 2000 kVA), ensuring each project complies with drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, budget, and scheduled delivery timelines through efficient management of resources, contractors, and logistics. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise concurrent execution of charging station and electrical substation projects. * Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations. * Review the overall construction schedule and develop the weekly construction plan. * Prepare construction reports: daily and weekly (activities, incidents, progress) and monthly (overall project status). * Complete and maintain the construction logbook jointly with contractors. * Monitor budget and cost estimates. * Coordinate logistics for supply of specialized electrical materials and equipment. * Proactively review contractor resources to ensure proper execution. * Identify risks of delays (e.g., lack of personnel, machinery, materials, or equipment) and propose mitigation measures. * Establish constructive improvement strategies or recovery actions in case of delays. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality measures on every project. **Requirements** * Academic background: Electrical Engineer or Civil Engineer (degree and professional license mandatory). * Work experience: 3–5 years supervising civil construction projects; specific experience in projects involving electrical components and substations (mandatory). * Technical knowledge: Ability to read and interpret electrical and civil drawings; supervision of projects involving medium-voltage electrical substations (500 to 2000 kVA); Mexican construction, electrical safety, and construction logbook regulations; budget and cost estimate control; supply logistics and coordination with suppliers; familiarity with NOM-001. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and field team management. * Construction planning and monitoring (schedules and weekly programs). * Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Effective communication with clients, contractors, and management. **Work Location** * Various locations across the State of Mexico: Cuautitlán, Tlalnepantla, Naucalpan, Ecatepec.
