DE C.V.** Low, Medium, and High Voltage **Conventional and Renewable Energy Projects** **Job Description** At **COELMEX ENERGÍA**, a company specializing in comprehensive solutions for the electrical sector, we are seeking a **Project Coordinator** with extensive experience in managing electromechanical projects across low-, medium-, and high-voltage applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising both elementary and turnkey projects—from design and engineering through commissioning, final delivery, and post-sales follow-up. The ideal candidate must possess **a minimum of 25 years of experience** in the electrical industry, preferably in substations, protection and control systems, primary equipment testing, SCADA, and electromechanical construction. **Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical projects, including both conventional and renewable energy projects. * Supervise all project phases: design, engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover. * Manage and coordinate electromechanical construction activities, primary equipment testing, maintenance, and services for electrical substations. * Administer turnkey projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards per ISO 9001:2015. * Coordinate the fabrication and assembly of protection, control, metering, UTR, and SCADA panels and systems. * Supervise the execution of electrical studies: short-circuit analysis, protection coordination, and arc-flash analysis. * Administer contracts, estimates, progress reports, and project documentation control. * Lead the technical and operational team assigned to the project, promoting adherence to safety standards. * Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support and post-sales follow-up. * Represent the company before clients, the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE), suppliers, and contractors. * Supervise tenders, contracts, and schedules. **Requirements** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field (degree certificate and professional license required). * **Minimum 25 years of verifiable experience** in coordinating and executing electrical projects. * Solid expertise in the construction, assembly, and testing of low-, medium-, and high-voltage substations. * Experience in renewable energy projects (solar/wind) and conventional systems. * In-depth knowledge of applicable standards (NOM, IEC, IEEE, CFE). * Experience coordinating technical teams and contractors. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office suite. * Willingness and ability to travel and work on-site. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Competencies** * Technical leadership and decision-making. * Project planning, organization, and control. * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. * Assertive communication and conflict resolution skills. * Focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. * Customer orientation and negotiation capability. **We Offer** * **Competitive salary commensurate with experience.** * Statutory benefits. * Career development opportunities within an established company in the electrical sector. * A professional work environment and high-impact projects.
