Galeana 11, La Loma, 54060 Tlalnepantla, Méx. **Working hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * **Saturday:** 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture** (graduated or intern). * Minimum **1 year of experience** in a similar position. * Preferred experience in **Distribution Centers**, industrial warehouses, or corporate buildings. * Knowledge of: * Architectural layouts * Supervision of light construction and maintenance activities * Finishes, minor civil works, and general repairs * Management of maintenance crews * Supplier management * Preparation of reports, estimates, and progress tracking * Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) drawings. * Proficiency with basic inspection and supervision tools.
