




Position: Control Supervisor – Projects Department **Position Objective:** Manage the proper workflow of projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and achievement of established goals. Key Responsibilities * Approval of labor estimates and material requisitions. * Weekly updates of construction schedules and client websites. * Preparation of progress reports for Management. * Generation of material purchase orders. * Coordination with external supervisors and subcontractors to maintain effective communication. * Management of payments to suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with Administration. Performance Indicators * Projects delivered on time and as specified (LORO). * Evaluation under the CONDOR system. Required Profile * Education: Civil Engineering or related field. * Experience: 2–4 years in similar project-based roles. * Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, OPUS Budgeting, Google Sheets, email (proficiency in all is not required; training will be provided). Competencies and Skills * Work planning and organization. * Task prioritization and efficient time management. * Team supervision and negotiation ability. * Attention to special clients and effective communication. * Persistence, discipline, and results orientation. * Integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The Control Supervisor is a strategic position supporting organizational growth.
