RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare takeoffs. * Calculate piecework rates. * Analyze regular and extraordinary costs. * Document control. * Payroll review in coordination with human resources. * Control of estimates and collections. * Concrete and steel monitoring. * Purchase requisitions and invoices. * Crew performance analysis. * Delivery\-reception reports. * Progress reports and photographic documentation. * Work directly from the project's temporary office.
