We are seeking a **Construction Superintendent** with extensive experience in **urban development** projects, capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and overseeing the technical and administrative management of construction works. We seek an individual with leadership skills, strong negotiation acumen, and the ability to work under pressure and assume significant responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitoring of construction schedules and rescheduling. * Management of electronic and physical logbooks. * Review and supervision of architectural and installation designs. * Preparation and oversight of budgets, as well as adjustments to the original budget. * Supervision and management of personnel. * Ensuring construction quality. * Preparation, review, and approval of progress payment estimates. * Issuance, review, and tracking of change orders (additions, deductions), bulletins, and work orders. * Control and coordination of subcontractors and subcontracts. * Review of construction contracts. * Assignment of work fronts to supervisors and management of technical/administrative staff. **Requirements** * **Civil Engineer or Architect** (mandatory). * Minimum **5 years** of experience in a similar position. * Demonstrable experience in: * Urban development, heavy machinery, earthworks, grading, and surveying. * Construction processes, asphalt, concrete, and civil works. * Proficiency in software: **AutoCAD, Project, MS Office, OPUS, or Neodata**. * Must own a **personal vehicle**. * Must reside in **Cancún** (mandatory). **Work Schedule:** * Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM **We Offer** * **Salary:** MXN $30,000–$45,000 per month (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Fuel allowance. * Project-based/contract-based employment.
