




* **Job Objective** Plan, direct, and oversee the comprehensive execution of Massif’s construction projects using a Project Management approach, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, scope, quality, safety regulations, and client expectations; guaranteeing profitability and proper management throughout the entire project lifecycle. * **Key Responsibilities** ● Develop and monitor the **project master plan** (scope, time, cost, quality, risks, resources, and communication). ● Coordinate and supervise on-site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure execution in accordance with the plan. ● Manage schedules, risk matrices, critical paths, and variance analysis. ● Monitor physical and financial project progress, reporting deviations and defining corrective actions. ● Implement change control processes, approvals, and stakeholder management. ● Ensure compliance with technical specifications, legal regulations, and quality and safety standards. ● Represent the project before clients, authorities, supervisors, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with Procurement and Cost departments on supply planning, tenders, and procurement of specialized services. ● Manage required permits, licenses, and official procedures. ● Coordinate reviews, inspections, audits, and quality assessments. ● Lead administrative and technical project closeout: completion letter, warranties, **as-built** drawings, and contractual documentation. ● Review estimates prepared by site coordinators. ● Ensure synergy and alignment across all departments involved in the project. * **Required Profile** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. A Master’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, an MBA with a focus on Project Management, or certifications in Project Management (PMP®, CAPM®, Scrum Master, Project Management diploma) is desirable. **Experience:** Minimum 10 years in construction. Minimum 5 years leading medium- and large-scale projects using Project Management methodologies. Proven experience managing scope, time, cost, risks, contractors, quality, and deliverables. **Technical Knowledge:** Project management (PMBOK, agile and traditional methodologies). Site supervision, budgeting, planning, and cost control. Risk management, scheduling, critical path analysis (MS Project or similar). Construction regulations, industrial safety, and document management. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
