We are seeking a talented and experienced **Master Carpenter** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the **fabrication and installation of high-quality carpentry work** in our workshop and at our clients’ homes. If you are passionate about wood, skillfully handle tools, and seek job stability, this is your opportunity! ### **Key Responsibilities and Functions** * **Fabrication** of all types of carpentry work (custom furniture, kitchens, closets, etc.) in the workshop, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * **Installation** of fabricated work at clients’ homes, with courteous and professional conduct. * **Safe and efficient operation** of hand tools, bench tools, and basic carpentry machinery. ### **Candidate Requirements** * **Proven Experience:** 2–3 years of solid experience as a **Master or Journeyman Carpenter**, preferably having worked in recognized workshops. * **Minimum Education:** High school diploma. * **Essential Knowledge:** * Proficiency with hand tools (drill, circular saw, router, etc.). * Proficiency with bench tools and basic workshop machinery. * **Skills:** Service-oriented attitude, courteous demeanor, proactive approach, and attention to detail. ### **We Offer** * **Attractive Salary:** **$16,000 net monthly** (paid weekly). * **Statutory Benefits** **Additional Incentives** * Bonus for completed work. * Bonus for on-site installation assignments. * Paid meals when performing installations. * **Uniforms** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Location:** Availability to work primarily in the Eastern Zone of Mérida, including Kanasín, San Camilo, Héroes, Chichi Suárez, and Emiliano Zapata Oriente. ### **Selection Process** A **practical hands-on skills test** will be administered to evaluate the candidate’s abilities and knowledge.
