Important Automotive Warranty Administrator We are seeking: **TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ANALYST (hybrid system)** **Position Objective:** Design, implement, and evaluate training and development strategies that promote professional growth among employees, strengthen organizational culture, and improve internal communication. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communication, Education, Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, internal communication, or organizational development areas. * Knowledge in survey design and result analysis. * Experience in creating editorial content and graphic design. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in **Canva** or other design tools. (Video creation, E-Learning content) * Familiarity with any Human Capital Management platform. * Excellent writing, spelling, and communication skills. * Proactivity, creativity, and results-oriented mindset. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and implement training programs aligned with business needs. * Develop diagnostic surveys, workplace climate assessments, and identify training needs. * Coordinate organizational culture initiatives that promote values, identity, and belonging. * Create and manage content for the **internal magazine**, including writing, design, and distribution. * Design graphic and communication materials using tools such as **Canva**. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper execution of development plans. * Measure the impact of training and internal communication activities. **Important** * Experience managing organizational culture projects. * Ability to generate engaging content aligned with corporate identity. * Knowledge of learning and development methodologies.
