We are looking for a service-oriented individual with empathy and solid skills to manage customer service processes in a dynamic environment. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * **Appointment Management:** Manage schedules, confirm and reschedule appointments to optimize operations. * **Customer Service:** Provide accurate information and efficiently handle phone and in-person inquiries. * **Information Handling:** Update and maintain confidentiality of patient records and information within our system. * **Internal Coordination:** Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments of the clinic. * **Cash Handling:** Process cash and card payments (TPV), as well as enter data for billing purposes. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Completed high school (verifiable) * **Experience:** 1 year in similar roles, such as reception, administration, or customer service.
