**Position Objective** Develop and manage **comprehensive and strategic proposals** for the **Health vertical**, aligned with advertiser needs across all categories (groceries, consumables, and general merchandise). This role combines **client service, strategic thinking, and end\-to\-end project management**, from planning through execution and performance analysis. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and structure **strategic plans** for the Health vertical, integrating appropriate media and tactics for each brand and category. * Manage projects **from start to finish**: planning, data analysis, proposal development, presentation, execution, and closure with final reporting. * Create **integrated and creative proposals** focused on the Health ecosystem, combining data, mobile channels (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Push, RCS), and point of sale (Retail/Store). * Identify **advertiser needs** and ensure proposed strategies align with their objectives. * Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations, and other verticals) to enable **comprehensive strategic planning and efficient execution**. **Position Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications**, or related field. * **1 to 2 years of experience** in one or more of the following areas: * Retail * Digital media or eCommerce * Marketing campaign planning or execution * Data and insights analysis and interpretation * Executive presentation development (PowerPoint, Prezi, Google Slides) * Intermediate **Excel skills** (pivot tables). **Key Competencies** * Organization and structure * Proactivity and initiative * Strategic, innovative, and creative thinking * Execution and follow-up ability * Assertive communication * Teamwork * Negotiation skills * Data analysis * Excellent client service attitude **Interested?** If you meet the profile and are passionate about developing comprehensive strategies in the Health sector, we’d love to hear from you!
