Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Job Summary** The Innovation Project Manager is responsible for leading innovation projects and advertising campaigns from conception to completion. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and a passion for driving new ideas within the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering collaboration, managing complex timelines, and delivering impactful solutions that contribute to Colgate\-Palmolive’'s growth and competitive advantage. **Responsibilities/Accountabilities** * Leads cross\-functional innovation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery. * Facilitates brainstorming sessions, identifies emerging trends, and evaluates the feasibility and potential impact of new ideas. * Collaborates with various departments, including R\&D, BIG, Marketing, Network Operations, Legal, Packaging and Design, to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure smooth project execution. * Effectively manages project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to project scope. * Identifies potential risks and challenges, develops mitigation strategies, and proactively addresses issues to keep projects on track. * Monitors project progress, measures key performance indicators (KPIs), and reports on project status to stakeholders and leadership. * Continuously seek opportunities to enhance innovation processes, methodologies, and tools. * Develops a detailed project timeline that outlines all advertising campaign phases, milestones, tasks, and dependencies—from concept development to approvals to production and final delivery. * Acts as the hub of communication between BIG, Agency Traffic Coordinators, IBE, eCommerce and Insights to ensure everyone is aligned on the vision, deadlines, and deliverables. * Continuously monitors and tracks the progress of all tasks against the schedule, making necessary adjustments to the plan, resources, or timelines to hit milestones. **Range of Qualifications** **Level of Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Process or Industrial preferred) **Years of Experience (range):** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on innovation, product development, or strategic initiatives. **Functional Experience and Technical Skills:** * Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from ideation to launch. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Project management certification is a plus. * Proficiency with Google Suite tools, Smart Sheets and Microsoft Project * 100% English Proficiency **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
