GRUPO SALINAS Seeking Senior Inventory Control Manager in Estado de México, Tepotzotlán Position Objective Ensure the systematization, control, and continuous improvement of operational processes related to inventory, merchandise batch control, and claims, guaranteeing standardization across all Business Units (BU) and Distribution Centers (DCs), as well as compliance with policies, regulations, and internal controls. Main Responsibilities * Systematize key processes: merchandise batching, validators, and claims management. * Implement improvements in operational processes to ensure inventory control. * Design and update policies for controlling operational processes. * Timely follow-up on audit findings. * Coordinate and supervise the batching process at Logistics Points. Manage documentation arising from claims and coordinate processing with the Insurance and Bonds department. Prepare executive progress reports, findings, and improvement proposals. Ideal Candidate Profile * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Public Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in inventory management and control, regulations and methodologies applicable to inventory control, design of policies and operation manuals. Proficiency with inventory management technological tools (ERP, WMS). Knowledge of logistical and operational processes in Distribution Centers. Proficiency with ERP tools / Enterprise Resource Planning systems: SAP (MM, WM, or EWM) or equivalent, Inventory Management, goods receipt/issue, batch management and warehouse control, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), preferably Manhattan, Control Systems: Compliance software, Data analysis tools: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, data modeling). Power BI / Tableau / Qlik Sense (data visualization and control indicators).
