(We are located 5 minutes from Adolf Horn and Periférico) * Experience in a similar position. * Industrial Engineering degree. * Proficiency in Office software. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Follow-up on activities assigned by the design manager. * Knowledge in work study, manufacturing, and continuous improvement. * Fieldwork (accessing mechanical metal production lines). * Time and motion studies, line balancing, and product traceability. * Establish standard practices for production processes by evaluating the feasibility and functionality of work methods, equipment used, and working conditions for performing operations on the line. * Conduct time measurements, record evidence, and perform analytical studies of production processes and activities to verify operation time standards. * Monitor the implementation of new work methods on production lines to ensure optimization of all available resources. **Benefits and Additional Perks:** * Monthly salary from $12,000 to $14,000. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Direct hiring by the company. * School assistance. * Psychological support. * Parking. * Excellent internal growth opportunities. * Ongoing training.
