**Company Description:** National company specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of residential and custom-made furniture Requirements: * Industrial Engineering degree, Bachelor’s in Industrial Design, or related field. * Solid knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD; Photoshop or Illustrator experience is preferred but not mandatory. * INDISPENSABLE experience in furniture or kitchen manufacturing. * Strong communication skills, team leadership ability, attention to detail, proactive attitude, negotiation skills, numerical and analytical aptitude. * Basic English proficiency. Key responsibilities include: * Developing optimal technical solutions for Projects * Generating clear and optimal engineering documentation * Timely and accurate delivery of engineering documentation to the Plant * Meeting project delivery deadlines * Monitoring Projects at the Plant * Tracking materials for samples * Full responsibility for samples * Maintaining up-to-date status of activities for Engineering and Prototyping team members * Reporting Project status to Management * Evaluating performance of personnel under supervision * Driving continuous improvement across departments * Conducting feedback sessions with all interacting departments * Organizing necessary clinics according to project nature * Interfacing with Suppliers and Commercial Department to prevent project misunderstandings * Maintaining a healthy and productive work environment within supervised departments. Main functions: * Assignment and management of Engineering Projects * Acting as liaison between Production and Commercial Department * Continuous evaluation of personnel across all supervised departments * On-floor problem resolution, if required * Continuous improvement of Engineering practices in current Projects * Monitoring Projects at the Plant * Validating products and engineering criteria We offer: * Salary offered: **$**40,000 to $45,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Work location: Pachuca Position type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
