TRANSPORTES FPB IS LOOKING FOR THEIR NEXT **** TRAFFIC EXECUTIVE **** Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM RESPONSIBILITIES: - Client follow-up via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp. - Provide delivery status updates for goods. - Prepare documentation for deliveries. - Daily completion of tracking forms. - Drafting emails. - Reporting anomalies. - Problem resolution. - Work under pressure. KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: * Completed bachelor’s degree preferably in International Trade, International Business, or related field. * Knowledge of information required for filling out Carta Porte. * Proficient in PC tools, Word, and advanced Excel. * Knowledge of Transportation and Logistics. * Customer service experience. * Database management skills. REQUIREMENTS: - Availability to work flexible hours. - Desired education level: Partially completed or completed bachelor's degree. - Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar role, preferably in the industry.
