We are looking for: Maritime Revalidation Supervisor Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics Management, Maritime Transport, Customs, Business Administration, or related fields. Languages: Native Spanish and 80% to 90% spoken English proficiency, with the ability to effectively manage cross-border communication. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in international logistics/maritime document management and bill of lading (B/L) revalidation, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team management role. Professional Skills: Knowledge of Documentation and Customs Proficiency in handling documents such as bills of lading (B/L revalidation), delivery orders, air/sea waybills, packing lists, invoices, and certificates of origin. Solid understanding of the differences between freight forwarder bills of lading and carrier bills of lading, as well as revalidation processes for bulk cargo and less-than-container-load shipments. Excellent communication skills with shipping lines and carriers; familiarity with payment procedures such as demurrage, ensuring timely and accurate revalidations. Management and Coordination Skills Support the Logistics/Customs Manager in developing and implementing standardized processes for import/export revalidation and document management. Supervise daily team operations, including staff training and performance evaluation, to improve efficiency. Experience in process optimization, such as reducing revalidation times, improving compliance, and decreasing operational costs.
