DE C.V. in Benito Juárez, Mexico City** **A logistics company specialized in oversized cargo projects** is seeking a professional with solid experience in coordinating complex operations and direct interaction with international suppliers. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in **Project Cargo**: oversized cargo, handling operations, permits, escorts, and specialized transportation. * Proficiency in import/export processes, Incoterms, and **multimodal** coordination (maritime, air, land). * **Advanced English** (negotiation with shipping lines and international partners). * Valid **U.S. visa** and willingness to travel. * Experience in quotations, route studies, coordination with customs brokers, shipping lines, stevedoring operators, and carriers. * Strong negotiation, supplier management, and customer service skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel; familiarity with **TMS/ERP systems** is desirable. ### **Responsibilities** * Manage **oversized or special cargo projects**, from quotation through final delivery. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals for domestic and international clients. * Coordinate routes, handling operations, permits, and specialized transportation. * Negotiate rates with shipping lines, land carriers, airlines, and suppliers. * Supervise critical on-site operations (loading/unloading, handling, inspections). * Ensure compliance with documentation, regulatory, and operational requirements. * Maintain continuous communication with clients, anticipate risks, and guarantee on-time deliveries. * Prepare reports, KPIs, and project closure documentation. ### **We Offer** * **$70,000 monthly salary** * **Project-based commissions** * Statutory benefits plus **additional benefits** * Operational support team * **Hybrid work model**: 2 days remote work per week * Opportunities for professional growth and hands-on experience in international projects **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree — completed **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** International trade and development *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=692f87f13900002f00af1ad5&source=indeed*
