Join our team as an In-House Traffic Executive! at our VARSOVIA CDMX branch (on Reforma Avenue, just a few blocks from the Angel of Independence). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Customs, International Business, or related field. * Conversational English (Intermediate B1) * Two years of experience as a Traffic Executive in customs-related activities (at a customs brokerage firm, logistics company, or freight forwarder) * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) * Availability to work across two offices (REFORMA and POLANCO) **KNOWLEDGE:** * Microsoft Power BI **(Desirable but not mandatory)** * Import-Export processes * Prior experience in transportation and logistics operations. * Customs law and customs procedures * Selection of carriers, transportation modes, and tenders. * Effective communication skills and ability to proactively resolve problems. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Minimize delivery delays and optimize shipments to meet route commitments. * Communicate shipment information in detail to selected carriers. * Monitor carrier responses to tendered shipments and implement alternative measures in case of rejection. * Track and locate existing orders until delivery. * Coordinate with international suppliers, including shipping lines, customs brokers, and carriers. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Attendance bonus * Punctuality bonus * Meal vouchers * Statutory benefits * Professional development and training This position requires **IN-PERSON attendance, Monday through Friday**.
