




Due to expansion, we are seeking a **Payroll Assistant // Recent Graduate** \***Responsibilities**\* Accurately prepare administrative payroll; monitor internal controls related to both payroll and HR; assist employees with payroll-related inquiries. \***Essential Functions**\* * Basic knowledge of weekly and bi-weekly payroll calculations for the organization. * Basic knowledge of processing employee movements with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * Preparation and control of payroll pay slips. * Theoretical knowledge of severance settlements and final payroll liquidations. * Collect and maintain up-to-date employee information. * Provide payroll-related guidance and support to employees. * Manage and maintain control over paperwork and documentation. \***Job Requirements**\* * Education: Technical degree in Accounting or related field. * Six months of experience in a similar position. * Experience interacting with employees. * Proficiency in Excel (Basic level). * Preferred: Experience using accounting software (e.g., Aspel or similar). \***Skills**\* * Strong sense of responsibility. * Proactive attitude. * Adherence to established procedures. * Results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work effectively under pressure. \***Offer**\* * Salary: $11,000 MXN per month (net) * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation days, vacation premium, profit-sharing) * Job stability and professional development opportunities \***Work Schedule**\* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Direct hiring by the company.
