*Responsibilities:* 1. Training Planning * Design training sessions tailored to the team’s age and skill level. * Set technical, tactical, physical, and psychological objectives for each category. 2. Technical and Tactical Development * Teach and reinforce individual fundamentals (passing, ball control, shooting, etc.). * Implement team playing systems and strategies. * Correct errors and promote continuous improvement. 3. Motivation and Leadership * Foster teamwork, respect, and discipline. * Create a positive and educational environment within the group. * Motivate players to reach their full potential. 4. Group Management * Organize roles and dynamics within the team. * Resolve conflicts fairly and constructively. * Maintain open communication with players and parents (in youth categories). 5. Performance Evaluation * Observe and analyze individual and collective progress. * Provide consistent and personalized feedback. * Select players for matches and tournaments based on fair criteria. 6. Coordination with Club or School * Attend technical and administrative meetings. * Adhere to the team’s rules, values, and methodologies. 7.
