**\*\*PLEASE READ THE POSITION CAREFULLY (SALARY AND LOCATION) BEFORE APPLYING\*\*** Reputable firm is seeking: **IMSS MANAGER (knowledge test will be administered)** **EDUCATION**: Degree in Accounting or Business Administration. **EXPERIENCE**: Minimum 4 years in a similar position. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Supervise registrations, terminations, and salary modifications at IMSS. * Ensure timely and accurate payment of employer-employee contributions. * Guarantee compliance with the Social Security Law, INFONAVIT Law, and related tax regulations. * Review and authorize monthly and bimonthly reports (SUA, IDSE, SIPARE). * Validate proper calculation of the base salary for contributions. * Coordinate responses to requests, audits, and inspection visits. * Manage clarifications and administrative agreements with authorities. * Implement improvements in control processes and registration of IMSS-related transactions. * Update procedures according to legal reforms. * Assign and supervise tasks to subordinate staff. * Provide training on regulations and use of IMSS platforms. * Knowledge of IMSS Construction Regulations. * Experience in submitting SIROC notices. * Management, control, and supervision of INFONAVIT loan deductions and payments. **SKILLS**: * Analytical * GOOD SERVICE attitude * Responsible * Effective communication * Teamwork **SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM **WORK LOCATION**: Av.
