





Legal Assistance Company in the Transportation sector is seeking a Control Desk Analyst Experience: Data entry and document analysis Completed high school, incomplete bachelor's degree or higher education Responsibilities: · Assign client requests for appointment scheduling · Analyze and verify the authenticity and validity of initial documentation for credit applications, sending reports to clients via email · Analyze and synthesize information received from recovery agents (physical, vehicle, and address verifications), preparing real-time reports to be sent to clients for credit approval · Prepare expense, travel allowance, and/or reimbursement requests necessary to process 24-hour service requests · Follow up and send payment requests to the Accounting department for remote collaborators · Perform any other tasks assigned by the General Manager, Operations and Planning Director, Recovery Manager, or Control Desk Coordinators Skills: · Customer service orientation · Service-minded attitude · Strong writing and spelling skills · Stress management ability · Proactive · Organized · Willingness to assist · Tolerance · Ability to solve problems promptly · Teamwork We offer statutory benefits Monthly Salary: $12,000 net per month (paid biweekly) Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs onsite, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 15:00 hrs remotely (meeting weekly objectives) and/or onsite Statutory benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: $11,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month Workplace: Onsite job
