**Job Description:** **Quality Control** will be responsible for ensuring that each vehicle meets established quality standards prior to delivery to the customer, guaranteeing orderly, accurate, and safe processes. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Commissions * Statutory benefits * Punctuality bonus **Key Responsibilities:** * Inspect vehicles after repairs and after the washing process. * Supervise technical areas to ensure orderliness and compliance with procedures. * Verify the use of original parts in repairs. * Document findings and prepare reports. * Conduct physical inspections of vehicles prior to delivery. * Confirm that repairs are carried out in accordance with the work order. * Review and promote order, cleanliness, and proper vehicle flow within the area. * Complete logbooks and corresponding forms. * Report incidents to the responsible departments. * Ensure adherence to the 5S methodology. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma (in progress or completed) / Bachelor’s degree (in progress, preferably in Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics, or Business Management). * Basic to intermediate knowledge of automotive mechanics. * Focus on quality and continuous improvement. * Customer service orientation. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Apply now and join our team!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $8,364.00 – $12,500.00 per month Work location: On-site
