**CORPORATE CONTROLLER** **Position Objective:** Ensure financial, administrative, and accounting control of the company, guaranteeing proper resource management, transparency of information, and compliance with internal policies, supporting strategic decision-making within a family-owned business environment. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise the preparation of financial statements, accounting and tax reports. Design and strengthen internal controls to prevent errors or resource leaks. Coordinate monthly and annual accounting and budgetary closings. Manage cash flows, budgets, and financial projections. Verify compliance with tax and legal obligations (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). Implement administrative and financial policies that promote efficiency and order. Supervise accounting, treasury, payroll, and accounts receivable/payable. Prepare clear and timely financial reports for Management and family partners. Coordinate internal and external audits. Foster a culture of transparency, professionalization, and accountability. **Required Profile:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (mandatory) (Degree required) Desirable specialization or master’s degree in Finance, Auditing, or Administration. **Experience:** 4 to 5 years in accounting, finance, or internal control areas. Desirable experience in companies undergoing professionalization. Proven experience in budgeting, treasury, and audits. **Technical Knowledge:** Mexican Financial Information Standards (NIF) and tax legislation. Analysis and preparation of financial statements. Budgetary and cash flow control. Advanced Excel and accounting ERP systems (CONTPAQi, SAP, etc.).
