We are looking for a **Hostess Supervisor** responsible for leading and coordinating the **entire hostess team**, ensuring an efficient, organized reception operation with exceptional customer service. The supervisor will be in charge of training, supervising, and monitoring team performance; managing reservations and waitlists; optimizing table assignments; and guaranteeing an impeccable welcome for every guest. Additionally, the candidate must maintain communication with management, resolve customer issues, support daily operations, and ensure that restaurant standards are consistently met.
