At LEASY, the fastest-growing automotive financing company in LATAM, we are looking for a sales-experienced professional to take on the role of: **Telephone Collections Officer.** **Position Objective:** Carry out telephone collections processes and achieve or exceed the department's performance metrics. **Responsibilities** * Manage collections platforms and systems. * Execute and monitor effective collection strategies to improve debt recovery rates. * Analyze and evaluate the customer portfolio to identify risks and opportunities for improvement in the collection process. * Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to manage collections effectively. * Resolve conflicts and negotiate payment agreements when necessary. **Requirements** * More than 2 years of experience in collections roles * Bachelor's degree, incomplete or completed university studies * Proficiency in Excel * Experience in financial services **Skills** * Positive attitude, proactivity, and desire to grow. * Frustration tolerance * Conflict resolution * Assertive communication **On-site Role** \- Monday to Friday 9 am \- 6 pm, Saturday 9 am \- 2 pm **Location:** Av.
