We provide a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth for our employees.** - **Location: Mexico City.** **Job Requirements** · University degree or near completion with official title · Advanced knowledge in trucking logistics. **(ESSENTIAL)** · Experience managing fleets of 70 operators or more. **Job Responsibilities** · Administration of services · Weekly and monthly incident reports from operators · Management of Kardex dashboard, tracking and control · Tracking and management of operator disabilities with institutions such as IMSS · Management of databases including operator rest periods, · Control of license and psychophysical exam validity with communications and transportation authorities · Control and management of valid vehicle documentation · Monitoring of service roles for bus runs across different routes. · Updating of runs and itineraries in the system. · Analysis of statistics such as kilometers per shift, number of buses per shift, bus kardex, onboard income, among others. · Coordination with the commercial department to adjust shifts according to passenger demand. · Supervision of traffic departments **Benefits and additional perks** · Monthly salary of 14,000 to 15,000 pesos.
