*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for company ELITE S.A DE C.V in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** **Position Objective** Ensure the efficient, safe, and legal management of the vehicle fleet used for nationwide cash transportation, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations, operational availability of vehicles, and proper documentation, control, and maintenance of each unit. **Responsibilities** * Maintain an updated fleet inventory: number of units, brands, models, vehicle types, license plates, and technical specifications. * Supervise and manage vehicle registration, deregistration, renewal, and inspection procedures with the relevant authorities. * Control the validity and physical/digital archiving of all documentation: insurance policies, circulation cards, special permits, vehicle taxes, verification records, etc. * Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance in coordination with suppliers and authorized repair shops. * Monitor the operational status of each unit and manage its availability for assigned routes. * Coordinate logistics for sending and relocating vehicles nationwide according to operational requirements. * Record and report mechanical incidents, accidents, thefts, or other events affecting fleet operations. * Supervise compliance with vehicle safety regulations related to cash transportation. * Manage leasing contracts, insurance, GPS, and other fleet-related services. * Provide periodic reports on fleet usage, operating costs, maintenance, incident rates, and efficiency. * Ensure proper assignment and tracking of vehicles to authorized operators. **We Offer** * Competitive base salary * Immediate statutory benefits * Continuous learning and training * Growth opportunities.
