**KATCON** is seeking: **Machinist and Tool Technician** **Responsibilities**: * Operate conventional machining equipment: lathes, milling machines, drills, grinders, etc. * Interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and technical specifications. * Fabricate, fit, repair, and finish metal parts. * Use measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, comparators, squares, etc.). * Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment malfunctions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and equipment. * Comply with safety regulations and established procedures. **Requirements** * Availability to work rotating shifts: Day, Evening, and Night (8-hour shifts) * Education: High school diploma or related technical degree * Experience: 2 years (preferably in the metal-mechanical industry) * Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and results-oriented mindset. **We offer:** * Permanent employment contract * Comprehensive benefits package * Year-end bonus equivalent to 25 days’ salary * Meal vouchers * Savings fund * Savings plan * Attendance bonus * Union assistance for birth, death, marriage, and educational support.
