




**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly organized, results-oriented **Logistics Control Analyst** with excellent analytical skills to join our team. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency in **reverse logistics** processes, proper management of **delivery documentation**, and optimization of delivery and collection routes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all merchandise movements—whether outbound, returns, or collections—occur **on time, correctly, and with full traceability**, contributing to an exceptional customer experience. ***Main Responsibilities*** **1\.\- Administrative control** * Manage, capture, and track **delivery documents**. * Maintain updated records of incoming and outgoing movements related to reverse logistics. * Verify that logistics documentation complies with internal standards and process-aligned requirements. **2\.\- Route planning and tracking** * Coordinate the **daily delivery and collection routes**, considering priorities and established delivery times. * Monitor route progress in real time, anticipate deviations, and propose immediate solutions. * Maintain constant communication with operators, warehouse, and customer service to ensure efficient workflows. **3\.\- Reverse logistics control and optimization** * Manage the return of products, materials, or packaging, ensuring their proper receipt and documentation. * Ensure traceability of return processes from request to final reception. **4\.\- Reporting and analysis** * Generate periodic reports on deliveries, returns, incidents, and KPI compliance. * Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, timing, and costs. ***Requirements*** * Minimum of **1–2 years** of experience in logistics, route control, reverse logistics, or similar areas. * Knowledge of delivery tracking platforms, traceability systems, and shipping document management. * Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make timely decisions. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and digital logistics monitoring tools. * Clear and effective communication skills. ***Competencies*** * Results orientation * Attention to detail * Analytical thinking * Teamwork * Proactivity and decision-making * Multitasking ability ***We Offer*** * Growth opportunities within a dynamic and expanding environment. * Job stability and continuous training. * Collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement.
