**HOTEL COURTYARD MARRIOT DISTRITO 1** SEEKS **REVENUE MANAGER** * Job Description: The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase revenue through competitive analysis; setting room rates based on the local market and demand. * Main Responsibilities: Develop pricing strategies based on occupancy, seasonality, and competitive analysis. Manage room inventory across all distribution channels. Monitor performance of sales channels (direct and indirect). Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, and Marketing teams to align strategies. Evaluate business opportunities through campaigns, promotions, and packages. * Requirements: Previous experience as a Revenue Manager or in Reservations departments. Proficiency in hotel management platforms and systems. Advanced data analysis skills and ability to make results-based decisions.
